Finding disinfectant spray, paper towels, toilette paper, disinfecting wipes, baby wipes and protective latex free gloves is very difficult to do right now. It takes several hours to find these items among the different local stores. We are young and strong and we sometimes take for granted the sheer energy it takes to visit all these different stores to find things that you need. It is physically and mentally exhausting. We have spent a great deal of time seeking out these items in order to give them away for free with free shipping. Our goal is to help people in the hardest hit areas of the COVID-19 Crisis. We want to help as many needful people as possible to get these supplies so that they can protect themselves or their loved ones from the COVID-19 Virus. Check out our blog on Price Gouging for more info on our inspiration for this project. We want to clarify that to be needful does not mean monetarily, we mean it in the sense that you cannot find these items nearby and cannot get to other stores OR that by going to multiple stores you are putting yourself at greater and greater risk.

Giveaway program rules are as follows:
1) You must need these items. Please don't take them if you don't need them. If you are elderly or vulnerable or if you are limited in being able to find these items, regardless of financial status, you need these things and we want to help.
2) Products will be given away for free. We will limit each entry to 4 free products based on need.
3) Products will be shipped for free or hand delivered if feasible. We will cover the cost of all fees shipping and the cost of the gift. all you have to do is ask us for what you want from the list, updated below.
4) When the products are gone the giveaway will end. It will be continued when further funds are available for buying and giving items.
5) To enter to receive these free items with free shipping write to: CannyGorilla@gmail.com

- Tell us your story if you like, or just tell us what you need.
- Tell us if we can share your first name and parts of your story in our Blog. If you do not give authorization we will not mention your name or story. Authorization to share your information is not required to participate in our giveaway, that is up to you and you may remain anonymous or retract consent to share at any time.
- The items will be given away on a first come first serve basis. Once the giveaway ends the next session will require a new entry to participate.

****Further Update at Bottom of Page.
We were only able to find 2 people that need these items today, so we still have a lot of stuff to get to people that need it!! The need is still great, I know this because I went to the store and purchased more items of what is on the initial list, whatever I could find, and I can tell you the stores are still pretty wiped.
So at this time I want to announce the first gift that someone else gave to this cause, someone who was also the recipient of this random act of kindness, you know who you are :-). I was able to add $18 worth of stuff to the list (10 single packs of wipes and 2 more Lysol)
We delivered 2 packages today. One had paper towels, baby wipes disinfectant and lysol. The other had disinfectant, lysol, and 2 packs of the clorox wipes. We were able to deliver to local people which saved 15$ or more each so we can do more. The people that got it could not find this shiz anywhere so it was cool to help.

**AS OF 03/27/2020 @ 1:00 A.M.**
Today we located one more person in need locally. This person is in the 60+ population and had a hard time finding these at any of the local stores. We delivered 1 Lysol Lemon Scent Spray, 2 rolls of paper towels and 4 Packages of Nitrile Gloves.
With all local deliveries packages are left at the door or mailbox and no contact is made with the individual receiving the care pack. The products are packed in a box that has been treated lightly with Microban 24 and all products are wiped with Microban-24 to prevent any transfer of germs. The products are new and sealed/unused.
We contacted the Assumption Food Pantry, a part of Assumption of the BVM Church, located at 791 Potters Avenue, Providence, RI 02907. We have started to see the stores restocking most of these items and catching up to a safe level of supply. We will let the giveaway run until 12:00 am on 03/29/2020 and then we will close this out and give all remaining items to the above mentioned Assumption Food Pantry, either in the name of CannyGorilla.com or in the Name of Robert Rossmeisl, whichever they prefer.

THE GIVEAWAY IS NOW OVER
Today we found 2 more individuals in need of cleaning supplies. One request was for Lysol or Disinfecting Spray. We sent 3 of these to the recipient with 2 day priority shipping. We also set aside one final donation to a local mom, baby wipes for her child and some paper towels.
In total we made 5 deliveries as part of the original products listed on this page, as well as making 3 additional deliveries of the 3 bottles of Microban-24 with free priority shipping to the original eBay Clients who set this all in motion. See my blog about price gouging for more details on those donations. In total, 8 fellow Americans assisted in a time of trouble.
The remaining items will be delivered to Assumption Parish tomorrow as mentioned above. These items will make it to the hands of others who need them. We are glad to have been able to give and we will look for more ways to give in the future. Thank you to everyone who helped to make this possible.
